Dummy Goods Returns & Refunds

Our products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected when ordering, or a color or style preference.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an item that does not match your order, contact info@dummygoods.com as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. For an incorrect size or item, include a photo of the label where applicable.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for confirmed damaged or incorrect items.

Before sending anything back

Please contact us first. Do not send items to the fulfillment provider or any address on the package unless we give you return instructions.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
